SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description

Premium Droplets operates two SMS programs: (a) Account Notifications, covering transactional messages about your subscription, and (b) Marketing Messages, covering the weekly 30-second auto insurance briefing and related editorial content. Each program is opted into separately and is never bundled into a single checkbox.

2. Consent and Opt-In

SMS opt-in is collected on our Subscribe page through two distinct, unchecked-by-default checkboxes. Providing a phone number is optional, and consent to receive SMS is never a condition of accessing any content or service on the site.

3. Message Frequency

Marketing messages: approximately 1 to 4 messages per month. Account notifications: as needed in response to subscription activity.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from Premium Droplets. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, return to the Subscribe page and opt in again.

7. First Message Disclosure

After opt-in, your first message from Premium Droplets will identify the sender, confirm the program you subscribed to, state the message frequency, include "Msg & data rates may apply," confirm you may reply STOP to cancel, and confirm that Premium Droplets is not an insurance company or agent.

8. No Sale or Transfer of Consent Data

Premium Droplets will never sell, share, rent, or transfer your phone number, SMS opt-in consent, or any related information to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, lead marketplace, or third-party marketer. Your SMS opt-in stays with Premium Droplets.

9. Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number provided.

11. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page.

13. Not Insurance

• Premium Droplets is not an insurance company, carrier, or underwriter.
• Premium Droplets is not a licensed insurance agent or broker.
• Premium Droplets does not provide quotes, bind coverage, or sell policies.
• SMS messages contain editorial content only, never insurance solicitations.
